Our Leadership Mr. Arvind Mahajan (Managing Director & Chairman) With over 43 years of experience in textiles, ranging from yarns to fabrics, Mr. Arvind Mahajan is the guiding light behind Uniroyal Industries. He has a B.Com from Panjab University and MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai. Mrs. Rashmi Mahajan (Executive Director) With 20 years of day to day experience in the trims & packaging business, Mrs. Mahajan handles most of the daily operations. Mr. Akhil Mahajan (Executive Director) With over 16 years of experience in the textile industry, Mr. Akhil Mahajan is handling the yarn division of the group and all group level finance. He has a B.Com in Finance from Panjab University.
