He oversees all aspects of the organization, driving growth initiatives, operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term value creation across the group. Under his leadership, Uniroyal focuses on strengthening its market position through disciplined execution, customer-centric growth, efficient resource management, and continuous operational improvement. He plays an active role in strategic planning, business expansion, group-level finance, commercial decision-making, and ensuring alignment across all key business functions. Mr. Mahajan leads the company’s end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, administration, quality systems, finance, and organizational development. His hands-on approach and industry expertise have contributed to building strong customer relationships, improving operational efficiencies, and creating a foundation for sustainable growth. Combining deep sector knowledge with strong financial understanding, Mr. Mahajan continues to guide Uniroyal Industries Ltd. with a long-term perspective focused on innovation, performance, and excellence. He holds a B.Com in Finance from Panjab University. Mrs. Dimple Mahajan (Executive Director) Mrs. Dimple Mahajan serves as Director at Uniroyal Industries Ltd., bringing together creativity, entrepreneurial vision, and a strong understanding of design and aesthetics. Alongside her role within the company, she has built successful ventures in fashion and interior styling, reflecting her passion for creating refined and thoughtful experiences. A trained fashion designer, Mrs. Mahajan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Panjab University and a Diploma in Fashion Designing from NIFD. She is the founder of an independent design venture focused on interior styling and home setup solutions, specializing in transforming living spaces through aesthetics, functionality, décor, furnishings, and curated home experiences. She also leads a boutique dedicated to creating traditional Indian womenswear, with a focus on craftsmanship, elegance, and timeless design. Her work blends contemporary sensibilities with Indian heritage to deliver distinctive and personalized fashion experiences. At Uniroyal Industries Ltd., Mrs. Mahajan contributes through her creative perspective, business insight, and commitment to excellence, supporting the company’s values of quality, innovation, and long-term growth. Mr. Aryan Mahajan Since joining Uniroyal Industries Ltd. in 2023, Mr. Aryan Mahajan has been actively involved in the company’s manufacturing and operational functions with a hands-on approach to learning and execution. Working closely on the factory floor and alongside production teams, he is particularly engaged in the company’s label business, gaining practical experience across production processes, quality standards, and customer requirements. He plays an active role in overseeing day-to-day activities within the label division and personally reviews and evaluates label samples to ensure quality consistency, design accuracy, and alignment with client specifications before production. His involvement includes sample development, coordination with factory teams, and maintaining operational excellence through direct engagement on-site. Mr. Mahajan completed his schooling at The Doon School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from SOAS University of London. Combining an international academic background with practical industry exposure, he is focused on developing a strong understanding of manufacturing, operations, and long-term business growth.
